Spark and Leadership Award Nominations

These awards recognize significant individual performances in Illinois Prescribed Fire Management. They are earned by individuals who have gone above and beyond their normal job responsibilities and who have provided exemplary contributions to prescribed fire in Illinois.

Directors will present the awards at the IPFC Symposium, and the names of the award recipients will be posted on the website.

Leadership Award
The Illinois Prescribed Fire Council’s Leadership Award recognizes individuals with exceptional achievements in the prescribed fire community.

Spark Award
The Illinois Prescribed Fire Council’s Spark Award recognizes individuals with high achievement early in a career.
